World News - Israeli military police opened an investigation into the disappearance of some combat aircraft engine parts, on Monday (6/13/2011).

While acknowledging there are cases of lost it, the military police did not give confirmation about the information that mentions eight aircraft lost engine.

"The military police are still investigating the case," he said without confirming the reports that loss occurred in the military air base near Tel Aviv Tel November.

Some Israeli air force officials, quoted by the newspaper Maariv, said the missing were eight types of aircraft engine F-15 and F-16 and taken from the Tel Nof air base.

They did not reveal when the theft occurred, but simply stating the machines obsolete. Maariv report, the machines were stolen because it is considered scrap metal.
