Corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's Day is an Irish tradition. This recipe made in the crockpot is easy and good. I did use a five quart crockpot. You can use a smaller one and do about half the cabbage and vegetables.

It's not Irish nor is it made from green grapes. But it is the best match for the traditional Saint Paddy's Day fare. For those of you that eschew green beer, we introduce you to an area in France called Beaujolais.
