Annie and Danielle got to spend some quality sister time together on 'Covert Affairs' (Tue., 10PM ET on USA) in this season finale. It's just a shame it was while they were hiding from the rogue agent looking to kill them. These scenes brought a close to one chapter of Annie's professional life, and ushered in another as she coolly and confidently took down the agent in order to save her sister.But as cool as she was in that moment, it still marked her first kill and that's not something you can simply brush to the side and move on. We were thrilled to see her and Danielle reach a reconciliation, and even more thrilled that Annie gets to come home!
As for her relationship with Auggie, it's certainly seen better days. He got final news about his blindness -- it is permanent -- and for the first time discovered that he can't completely read Annie. In fact, the two of them may be moving in different directions personally, at least for a while, when the new season kicks off next summer.
