World News - Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon requested a ceasefire and political settlement as soon as possible on the crisis in Libya.
"We ask the political process, so that citizens can express their aspirations Libya," Ban said the international meeting in Cairo, Egypt, Thursday (14 / 4).
