If Ron isn't careful, he's going to get all soft and mushy. He was fully invested in Andy's search for a college class to take, like a parent would be. Of course, Ron caring about the people he works with, despite his crusty exterior, is part of what makes his character work so well on 'Parks & Recreation' (Thu., 8:30PM ET on NBC).
Leslie, on the other hand, has been struggling with how much she cares about Ben, going so far as to make terrible professional decisions week after week rather than deal with the situation head on. Until this week, that is.
After nearly sabotaging the simple creation of Indiana's smallest park, she finally decided to throw caution to the wind and admit that she'd rather risk being with Ben than be without. It's a good thing, too, as she would be risking both her campaign and her job if she kept up some of the craziness she's been up to.
