Sport News - Chicago Bulls point guard, Derrick Rose finally chosen as Player of the NBA this season. Rose entitled to Maurice Podoloff trophy as Most Valuable Player (MVP) Regular NBA 2010/2011.

Through opinion polls (polls) fans, Rose get the highest points 1182. This point was obtained from 113 first-choice team of panelists who partially filled several journalists in the U.S. and Canada. Another assessment is calculated based on an online poll to the fans via the official website of the NBA.

Rose beat another strong candidate Dwight Howard (643 points), LeBron James (552 points), Kobe Bryant (428 points) and Kevin Durant (190 points).

Rose consistency in making an average of 25 points per game directly gives a positive impact on the success of the Bulls. Bulls could even drive up to the quarterfinals of the NBA playoffs. This makes Rose equated with Bulls legend Michael Jordan in the first golden era.

Bulls with Rose was mentioned has returned to its heyday as when defended Jordan. However, Rose is not arrogant. He was more select modestly above assessment of him was.

"I can not even touch it (Jordan). I'm still too far to compare with it. Could he have been a good approach. It's a different team in a different era," said Rose told the AP.
