World News - Alassane Outtara, President of Cote d'Ivoire internationally acclaimed, asked the European Union attract sanctions to rebuild the country's economy collapsed due to political disputes.

He blamed Gbagbo has plunged this country into a crisis, but he said that his troops have now blocked the presidential palace.
Gbagbo adviser who insisted that he won the election said that Gbagbo refused to resign.
"President Gbagbo will not retreat," said Toussaint Alain seorangn advisor from Paris.
"This is a fundamental question. President Gbagbo is not a monarchy. He was not a king, he is the president elected by its people."
