World News - Libyan President Moammar Gaddafi reportedly receive Road Map peace proposal to end the civil war that occurred in his country. Map these peace negotiations including a cease-fire.
South African President Jacob Zuma led a delegation of African leaders in Tripoli, previously asked the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to halt air attacks are launched into Libyan territory.
