The Rs were thrashed 6-1 by Chelsea last weekend, a result that left them ahead of 18th-placed Bolton on goal difference alone, having played a game more than the Trotters.

With a visit to Premier League champions-in-waiting Manchester City on the final day of the season, it appears vital that Mark Hughes ' side pick up a result when they welcome Stoke to Loftus Road on Saturday.

And Cisse, who has either scored or been sent off in all of his appearances for QPR thus far, has issued a rallying cry to his team-mates as they look to secure the club's top-flight status.

"I like when there is pressure," Cisse told the club's official website. "The manager will have to make his choices about who plays but, whether you are on the pitch or on the bench, you must be ready.

"Everybody in our dressing room must show what we are made of. We have a lot of characters and we must all do our bit. We must win this game, there is no other choice."

With Swansea and Norwich already safe, QPR could ensure that all three promoted sides avoid relegation for the first time since Bolton, Blackburn and Fulham became the only trio to achieve that distinction in the Premier League era.
