Chynna Philips and Tony Dovolani had a rough night on Monday's 'Dancing with the Stars,' and on Tuesday's elimination show, America told them it was time to go home. On 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated on ABC) they discussed their misfortune and got a chance to redeem themselves with a do-over.
The dance was replayed with their mics on, and as things started to fall apart Chynna can be heard saying, "I don't know what's happening." Sherri Shepherd complimented Tony on encouraging and taking care of Chynna. "Well, we saw what Maksim and Kirstie Alley did. She just fell, remember?"
The pair got a chance to make things right with what seemed to be a flawless performance of Monday's debacle. Even though the applause was a few days too late, Chynna exclaimed, "Thank you for giving me the opportunity to redeem myself!"
