Omar Bravo fired Sporting in front after 56 minutes but the visitors drew level
just seven minutes later through Sebastien Le Toux.

Bravo scored his team-leading ninth goal of the season when he cut in from the right side to take Kei Kamara's long cross and buried a right-footed shot from close range.

Kansas City's lead lasted only until the 63rd minute, as Philadelphia's Michael Farfan won a loose ball from Seth Sinovic and passed back to Le Toux, who scored with his left foot from 6 yards.

The result was enough to move Sporting to the top of the standings, level on
points with Columbus Crew but with a better goal difference.
