Strauss-Kahn's attorney who is a former chairman of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) approved the resignation of the trial of August 1 to August 23 so that the attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. R can do further investigation. However, attorney Strauss-Kahn underlined that they require the prosecutor to determine the attitudes on August 23.
"We hope that on 23 August will have no decision to dismiss the case," said Strauss-Kahn's attorney, Benjamin Brafman and William W. Taylor.
