Lisandro Lopez has announced his intention to stay at Lyon.
Lopez, who scored 15 goals in 27 games in Ligue 1 this season, is under contract until June 2014 and has confirmed he has no desire to leave the Stade Gerland.
"I hope to stay at Lyon," the 29-year-old said in France Football. "I have the intention of staying here. I really like the city and the club and, in sporting terms, I'm fine."
Earlier this week, Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas had described Lopez and goalkeeper Hugo Lloris as "non-transferable" .
"We definitely hope to sell several players if the price is right," Aulas said. "If Rubin Kazan tempts us with a major offer for [Kim] Kallstrom, we could accept their proposal, as will be the case for [Yoann] Gourcuff if another club contacts us for his services.
"However, Lloris and Lisandro Lopez are names that do not even need to be mentioned. They are non-transferable."
