NEW YORK (Business News) - All three major stock indexes fell more than 1 percent on Tuesday as Greece's bailout pledge came into question, adding to worries France and Germany may split on how to tackle the region's debt crisis.
The Dow Jones industrial average .DJI dropped 121.29 points, or 0.93 percent, to 12,887.24. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index .SPX dropped 14.45 points, or 1.06 percent, to 1,355.13. The Nasdaq Composite Index .IXIC dropped 38.07 points, or 1.29 percent, to 2,919.69.
