Robson came through qualifying to reach the main draw in Melbourne
The entire British contingent, bar Andy Murray, launch their Australian Open challenge in the early hours of Monday.
In the women's draw, Guernsey's Heather Watson, 19, faces third seed Victoria Azarenka, while 17-year-old Laura Robson meets 13th seed Jelena Jankovic.
Elena Baltacha plays Stephanie Foretz and Anne Keothavong faces Mona Barthel while, in the men's draw, James Ward tackles Blaz Kavcic.
Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Caroline Wozniacki and Kim Clijsters also play.
The six players in the singles in Melbourne are the most Britain has had in a foreign Grand Slam tournament since 1992.
Federer, the last of whose record 16 Grand Slam titles came at the 2010 Australian Open, faces Alexandre Kudryavtsev in the first round, while women's number one Wozniacki takes on Russian-born Australian Arina Rodionova.
Defending women's champion Clijsters starts her title defence on Monday against Maria Joao Koehler, while former title holder Nadal takes on Alex Kuznetsov.

The top half of the men's draw, including defending champion Novak Djokovic and British number one Murray, will not play until Tuesday.
Murray - who has reached the final in Melbourne for the past two years - opens against American Ryan Harrison, while Djokovic begins the defence of his title against Paolo Lorenzi.
Watson is first on the Rod Laver Arena at 11am local time (0000 GMT), while Federer is due on the same court later (0800 GMT).
Half of the British contingent - Keothavong, Baltacha, and Ward, who gets things under way - play on court 11.
British women's number two Keothavong, who faces her doubles partner in Barthel, said on Twitter: "Three out of the six Brits involved in Australian Open will be playing on court 11 tomorrow so come and support us all if you're there!"
BBC Sport columnist Baltacha also took to Twitter to announce she was "very happy with the final day of preparation".
