Jurcic has overseen four defeats in a row in Group D, including a 1-0 home reverse against Real, but believes his players have what it takes to cause an upset at the Bernabeu by preventing Jose Mourinho's La Liga leaders from emerging with their 100% record still intact.

"We are up against the best team in t he world, but we are here to honour our shirt. We know it will be tough, but we expect to get our first point in the Champions League," Jurcic said.

"We have great players who have played a lot of important matches in great stadiums. I don't think that the Santiago Bernabeu is going to overawe them.

"We are back in the Champions League after 12 years and it's been like going to university for us. Now we want to pass our exams to come back with more options some day.

"My players will do their best and will look to score. We had plenty of chances to score in the home match. I hope we will be luckier this time."

Real have recorded four wins out of four thus far and another victory on Tuesday will ensure they qualify for the knockout stage as group winners.
