The actress was first filed suit against her mother in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday (22 / 7). Leighton accuses Constance took the money he sent for his younger brother, who suffered from various illnesses and use those funds for cosmetic improvement.

According to Leighton, he believed his mother had used the money to pay for her own cosmetic procedures, including plastic surgery on the face and stomach, botox injections for facial filler for the hands and hair extensions.

Leighton claimed that after he stopped sending money to his mother, Constance began claiming they both had an oral agreement that states the actress will give the support of U.S. $ 10,000 per month for the rest of his life.

Starring Blair Walfdorf wanted an assessment to determine that no oral agreement, legal fees for this lawsuit, or any other money from the court.

Constance strike back his daughter on Monday, July 25, 2011, by filing a lawsuit for breach of contract, among other complaints, claiming the actress decided oral agreement to pay the initial amount of money of U.S. $ 30,000 plus U.S. $ 10,000 per month plus health insurance, and care for health needs of his brother.

Constance claimed Lex takes care of 24 hours and he was unable to acquiring another source of income.

"As a direct result of the breach of Leighton's, there are no funds to feed and care for Alexander. No funds available to pay the utilities and the usual basic requirements for survival," the lawsuit Constance.

The mother claimed that Leighton promised to take care of himself and Alexander, pay for school and buy them a house. Constance asked for compensation whose amount was not disclosed in court.
