World News - Prime Minister Francois Fillon said the country's NATO and deliberate interventions to Libya by supplying weapons to the anti President Muammar Gaddafi.

According to him, the intervention was deliberately done to prevent Khadafi bombing against civilians through air raids.

"Rebel forces nearly destroyed by Gaddafi," Fillon said after meeting President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Friday, July 1, 2011.

Fillon confirmed it had asked Gaddafi to stop the attacks and talk at the negotiating table because of the situation increasingly difficult. "We see Gaddafi unable to lead and did not deserve to be the leader of Libya," he said.

Fillon added that in the future, it will discuss the issues in Libya to be a peaceful solution. Nevertheless, he continued, in charge of creating peace is not the French or any other coalition countries.

"But, the UN could find a solution and prevent the state killing its own civil society," he said.

According to him, treatment Gaddafi government against its people is not morally acceptable. "We hope negotiations occur immediately, such as Tunisia and Egypt in order to find the path of democracy," said Fillon.

Until now, the conflict between the government and rebels still ongoing anti-Gaddafi in Libya. Hundreds of people died from the conflict.

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Libyan leader. However, Gaddafi did not publicly acknowledge publicly that an arrest warrant, which he regards as a political decision.
