NASA Releases Complete Universe Map
Technology News - NASA has released a collection of maps of the universe that allows the scientists and the general public to see millions of galaxies, stars, asteroids and other objects.

Catalog universe was released online last week and most have been published by NASA. Communities that have internet access can download the map of the universe is.

From a collection of maps of the universe captured by NASA telescope, there is a new discovery that stole the attention of the public. NASA released new images that float 33 000 asteroids between Mars and Jupiter and there are also pictures 20 comets.

The images were obtained after NASA launched the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE), which carries infrared telescopes, in December 2009. Spacecraft was successfully scan the cosmos in detail and more subtle than previous missions.

WISE to map the sky and a half times more obvious during the 14 month mission. In addition, WISE also get more than 2.5 million images from the polar orbit.

Spacecraft capability to detect objects of light to help him find the dusty heat, cold and distant that often are not visible to ordinary telescopes.

A collection of available images represent more than half of the image that has been observed in the survey universe. Map fully cosmic census is scheduled to be released next spring.

"spectacular new data remind us that we have a new neighbor," said Pete Schultz, a space scientist at Brown University.
