NATO troops party Gaddafi wants to stop their attacks toward civilians before Gaddafi consider to offer a ceasefire.
"NATO wants proof not only talks," the NATO statement as quoted by the Associated Press on Saturday (04/30/2011).

Earlier, Gaddafi said that the door to peace open. But the party did not believe it is NATO. They assess Gaddafi has often expressed it, but still attacking civilians.

"This (attack), this must stop and must stop now," the NATO official said, adding that a ceasefire must be done with credibility and fully recognized.
