Libya Denies Use the Cluster Munitions

World News - Libyan Government firmly refute the claim that Moammar Gaddafi using cluster bombs against the opposition in Misrata. The city that has long surrounded the attack again bombarded.

French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said the new UN resolution does not require that expel Libyan leader from power. Meanwhile, Economy Minister German Libyan officials suggested that frozen assets be transferred to the UN to be given to Libyan victims of the conflict.

Institutions observer of human rights (Human Rights), Human Rights Watch (HRW), based in the United States (U.S.) said their observers reported the use of banned cluster bombs against the opposition in Misrata, the last defense of the opposition in western Libya.

However, the Libyan government spokesman denied the allegations.
"Of course not. We're not going to do it. The moral and legal we can not do it. We never do that. We challenge them to prove it, "said a spokeswoman for the Government of Libya, Ibrahim Mussa told AFP on Sunday (04/17/2011).

Cluster bombs exploded in the air and spread the layer of iron bombs sharp and deadly to a wide area.

"What happened last night as the rain," said local resident Misrata, Hazam Abu Zaid, describing cluster bombs that fell on its territory.
