Coalition Forces Kill 13 Rebels Libya

"The military leadership is trying to find a way for this incident does not happen again," he told reporters in Benghazi.

Another rebel group spokesman, Mustafa Gheriani, told Reuters, leaders still want and need a coalition air strikes. "You have to see the big picture. Mistakes will happen. We tried to pry Gaddafi and there must be a victim. This does not make us happy."

Meanwhile, NATO spokesman declined to comment on the possibility of involvement of its troops in the incident at Brega. "We're looking for the report," said spokeswoman Oana Lungescu. "However, if someone shot our planes, they are entitled to protect themselves."
