TOKYO - Tokyo Electric Company (TEPCO) has made a Twitter account for Japanese nuclear plant damaged by the earthquake and tsunami.
Accounts @ OfficialTEPCO made to give the news, on the development of nuclear installations is damaged. In a day has got 190 thousand followers. Until now TEPCO has sent seven tweet, all in Japanese. Similarly, as quoted by Mashable, Sunday (20/03/2011).

TEPCO said that if they use a Twitter account to tell the news about the electrical and radiation leakage. First tweet their accounts of electric padamnya warning in Tokyo, when electricity usage is not reduced.

Internet social media has played an important role in the disaster that hit Japan recently. Japanese Prime Minister has also made a Twitter account in English to disseminate the latest information about the disaster in his country.
